I saw this one guy here in town with a sign that said... need money for beer & cigarettes. yeah it was somewhat funny at the time

Hey, as long as they're either honest or can tell a good story, they'll get a couple cents from me. If it's one of those 'my kid is sick and I need gas money to get home' stories, they'd might as well start walking instead of ask me for help.
